Introducing the Organization App Store

Synthetiq enables anyone in an enterprise to reliably build end-to-end, production-ready applications using AI.

Previously, users could share built apps and services directly with individual teammates. Starting today, they can also publish them to their organization's own App Store, creating a shared catalog of reusable applications and services for everyone in the company.

With one click, teammates can now discover, install, and collaborate on shared apps and services instead of rebuilding them from scratch.

Publish to Your Organization

To publish an app or service, open its Details view and navigate to the Sharing tab. You'll now see a new Share with Organization option.

Publishing makes the app available to every member of your Synthetiq organization through your organization's private App Store.

Publishing rights continue to follow the existing sharing model. Only users with Can install & publish access can publish updates to an app or service.

Discover Apps & Services

A new Discover tab provides a single place to browse everything available to you, including:

• Apps and services published to your organization's App Store
• Apps and services shared directly with you
• Official apps and services published and maintained by Synthetiq

Whether you're looking for an internal business tool, a reusable integration, or an official Synthetiq service, everything is now discoverable from one place.

Build a Shared Enterprise Catalog

The Organization App Store makes it easy for teams to build on each other's work instead of starting from scratch.

As applications and services are published, your organization naturally develops a centralized catalog of reusable building blocks. Teams gain visibility into what's already been created, making it easier to discover existing solutions, compose new applications, and share best practices across the organization.

When the next team encounters the same problem, they can install an existing solution instead of reinventing it.

Permissions

Publishing to the Organization App Store does not change collaboration permissions for an app or service.

• App-level collaboration continues to control who can modify and publish changes to a specific app or service.
• Organization administrators control who can publish to the Organization App Store through the entities:share_store permission.
